Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been prepared and/or delivered.
If you need to cancel your order, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund of your deposit or full payment.
For early cancellations (more than 48 hours in advance):
A partial refund may be issued, as payment processing fees (from platforms like Stripe, Square, Zelle, etc.) and any taxes already reported will not be refunded.
For cancellations within 48 hours of the order date:
The payment will be non-refundable, as product preparation begins in advance.
